Maisie is a London based food stylist/assistant, recipe writer/tester, content creator, private chef and occasional food writer.

Maisie is classicly French trained from Leiths School of Food and Wine and obtains a first class BSc in Human Nutrition. She previously spent 3.5 years as a recipe developer for the recipe box delivery services Hello Fresh and Greenchef. Maisie’s style focuses on bold, textured food that tells a story, heavily inspired from her love of abstract art, nature and travelling.

To date, Maisie has worked on numerous ventures including cook books, television, advertorial productions and both editorial and commercial publications. She has developed and written recipes for various publishers, private clients + supper clubs, featuring recipe inspiration from across the globe with a love for delicious, seasonal and sustainable food, especially dishes made to be shared.
